I’m Polly Wiggins.
I’m a writer, coach and lifelong careers nerd.

Connect with me or subscribe to my Substack for regular careers-related content.

I’m a fully-qualified and CDI Registered careers coach and I abide by the CDI Code of Ethics in all of my work. My training, expertise and huge supply of enthusiasm is all in the world of career development. Find out more on my LinkedIn.

I write about a range of career-related topics on my Substack. Or you can check out my blog.

I also have a fortnightly LinkedIn newsletter, where I dive into ideas and concepts relating to the career sector and reflect on how we can use them in our practice.

I offer career coaching, especially to career changers (of any age!) and recent graduates. My style of coaching is relaxed, supportive and always collaborative.

I also offer freelance careers writing services; creating customised careers resources and crafting high quality articles on careers-related topics for a variety of audiences.

Aside from my writing and coaching services, I’m involved with tutoring fabulous career development professionals through the College of Career Guidance (based in Kenya). I am a keen advocate for practitioner research and my own research specialism is about how people with chronic illnesses manage their careers.

My superpower is curiosity. If I’m not working, then I’m probably reading or in the garden.
